Please note the following: 1. This is an older home with some quirks! 2. The game room is located down a long concrete pathway which may not be easily accessible for some. 3. We have 2 neighbors who we want to be respectful of. "Quiet" hours are 10pm-8am. Some indoor noise at this time is fine so long as it's not audible for the neighbors. More details below: ★ ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION ★ Traveling in a larger group, or your preferred dates are already taken? You'll be happy to know that we offer additional accommodation in the area. Please browse our host profile for the complete list of gorgeous listings. ★ ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS ★ The entire region is very hilly and can be challenging to navigate. We recommend downloading an "offline map" in your G Maps program. It will let you navigate our cabin and around the area (automatically) even if you don't have cell coverage. To do this, it's easy: 1. Open the G Maps app and log in. 2. Search for Pigeon Forge. Zoom in/out, so the map contains everything from Gatlinburg on the bottom to Sevierville on the top. Don't be afraid to zoom out because it'll get everything in between. 3. On iPhone: Tap the name, tap More..., and select "Download Offline Map > Download." On Android: Tap the name, select Download, and click Download Feel free to contact us at any time so we can make the necessary arrangements. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Thank you very much for your understanding.
