Tucked in the Smoky Mountains, this family-friendly retreat offers a peaceful escape. Enjoy stunning views and comfortable living in this charming condo. With nearby attractions and natural beauty, it's the ideal getaway for all ages. The space Kitchen: Newly remodeled with new granite countertop and brand new appliances. Full-size refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, K-Cup Coffee Maker and regular coffee maker, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, plates, cups, pots, pans, and all basic cookware. A Nutribullet smoothie maker and Smores maker are also provided. Living Room/Dining Room: Couch with fold out queen sleeper with memory foam mattress. Smart TV with Roku. A recliner, swiveling chair, and bean bag provide additional seating. A coffee table and two end tables provide ample space for plates or drinks. Additonally, the open floor plan connects the dining room. The dining table seats four and provides a great place for eating or playing games. Bathroom 1: Private bathroom connected to King Master Bedroom. New vanity with granite countertop, and shower/tub. Towels, hand towels, wash cloths, Q-Tips, cotton balls, as well as, a basic starter set of Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion, and soap supplied. Bathroom 2: Shared bathroom off main hall and by Bedroom 2, this bath features a New vanity with granite countertop and shower/tub. Towels, hand towels, wash cloths, Q-Tips cotton balls, as well as a basic starter set of Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion, and soap supplied. Bedroom 1: (King Master Bedroom) The King Master Bedroom has a new KING size Memory Foam mattress, Smart TV with Roku, nightstand, lamp, closet dresser, and clock. This bedroom features a huge closet for hanging clothes or extra storage. Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bedroom with new memory foam mattress, nightstand, lamp, and Smart TV with Roku. This bedroom also features a huge closet for hanging clothes or extra storage. Laundry Room: This room features a new washer and dryer. This is also where the vacuum, broom, dust pan, ironing board, and steam iron are stored. Outside: FREE TRAILER PARKING!!!The front offers a huge parking space along with a small porch at the entrance. Additionally, the back porch provides a small seating area with two chairs and a table. The charcoal grill is located in the backyard for those guest wishing to show off their grilling skills! Pool: Guest will have pool access to a nearby (2 minutes away) from Memorial Day through Early Fall. Located 1 mile away from the condo. Pool Hours Open 7 days per week 9AM- 6PM Guest access Guest can access the entire space. The owner's closets will be the only two areas that are unavailable. Other things to note While I don't have "Instant-Booking" turned on, I always respond very quickly. If you see in gaps in my calendar for 1 or 2 night stays that don't meet the 3 night minimum feel free to send me an inquiry. I generally will allow these as they form in the calendar.
