A full bathroom with a bathtub and all the amenities and services: Bath gel, shampoo, conditioner, makeup remover discs, ear buds, hair dryer and ghd hair straightener. Living room with modular sofa and 85" TV perfect for home theater or sports matches. The TV offers Netflix, Disney plus and Apple TV with movies and series and a large library of movies purchased with the latest releases. Dining room with large table perfect for inviting friends or eating with family. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen down to the smallest detail and has access to the private patio that has a spacious dining room for 4 people. Parties are forbidden and we must be quiet and polite with the neighbors. No smoking, making noise or playing loud music or TV and disturbing with visitors in the evening.
