The Franklin Cozy

The Franklin Cozy is located in picturesque Historic Franklin, just over one mile from the historic downtown square. This townhouse is the ideal place for a cozy stay while visiting Franklin, Tennessee. There are many things to do locally and it's a short thirty minute drive from Nashville. If you decide to stay in and relax, no expense was spared to ensure you have everything you need. You want a wonderful stay and I want that for you too! I follow all AirBNB and CDC guidelines for cleaning. The space The Franklin Cozy is a quaint but spacious 1,500 sq. ft. There are wood floors located throughout the first floor and the remainder of the space is new carpet. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and is fully stocked with anything you might need. There is also a cute half-bath downstairs across from the kitchen. The first floor was designed to maintain an "open concept" feel and it does just that wonderfully. The second floor houses all three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a TV. Please, enjoy this space as if it were your very own home sweet home. Guest access Downtown Franklin is walkable if you're up for about a mile and a half walk. There are two designated parking spots for The Franklin Cozy just outside of the unit but there's additional parking along the tree-lined side of the parking lot. The Franklin Cozy is located in Historic Franklin so you'll see beautiful homes all through out the area. Other things to note The Franklin Cozy provides Starbucks coffee pods, tea pods, creamer, sugar, Stevia and Splenda for all of your hot beverage needs! I also provide Fiji still water and/or Perrier sparling water...your choice!
